@granitemonkey you will receive a notification that it was sold and Poshmark will email shipping label to you. Just print off the label and package your sale and drop off at the post office. If it’s small enough you can even place it in your mailbox for your Mail carrier to pick up. Super easy, that’s why I love it sooo much!

@macks77 I made my first sale but then realized I listed the shoe size wrong when I found the box. How do I let the buyer know and cancel the sale if they don’t want it?

@granitemonkey to cancel an order you can go to “my sales” and then select cancel the order. To check with them first you can tag them in the comment section of the item they purchased in your closet, or in their bundle if they made one, or somewhere on their page. So sorry that happened!
