kayleyf Hi Allison, I noticed your comment on the NWT Tarte Makeup Bundle where it said Shipping Time could be improved. I received your order on August 1st at 10:34 PM and I shipped it on August 2nd at 4:33pm (I still have the receipt confirming the drop off at that time.) That means I shipped in about 18 hours aka less than a day. onsidering that shippers have up to 7 days to ship an order, the fact that I shipped it in less than a day is basically the quickest I could do.

kayleyf Even if I had taken it to the post office first thing in the morning, they still would not have moved it until the afternoon. I don't see how I could have shipped it any faster. Once it is dropped off, it is in the hands of the post office and the seller cannot do anything about it.

kayleyf I am still grateful for your purchase (I hope you enjoy the products - Tarte is great!); I just wanted to give you a heads-up for the sake of the other sellers from whom you may be buying. It is not really fair to grade a seller down on shipping time if you are unsatisfied with how the post office handled, as the seller cannot control the post office's actions, only the time at which they dropped it off (which, again, was less than a day when I was allowed to wait up to 7 days.)

Usually people only give 4 stars or below if something went wrong. But what is important is that you are satisfied with what you received. :)
