arianalanae Hi! I see you left me a 2 star rating for color of the shirt. The pictures were taken outside in sunlight and the description says that the shirt is “light pink”. I understand that you were disappointed the color wasn’t as bright as you wanted it to be, but I don’t feel I deserve a 2 star rating, because the color wasn’t what you expected.

arianalanae All screens can skew how colors look, which is why I put in the description that the shirt is light pink. I try my best to accurately describe my items and to make sure that my buyers are happy with their purchases, so I take personally when I’m left a poor rating. Is there something we can do to resolve your issue?

janannal No. Thank you for responding. It was just such a surprise to me to see the actual fabric color compared to the brightness of the image. I would have thought the color of fabric would be diminished by sunlight (as are our faces in a photograph)
