erickaselina Hey Ericka here! I’m so sorry about the shoes! To be candid they are a reposh and I bought them over 3years ago and never wore them. The soles must have been aged and damaged further from the hot weather during shipping. I never wore so didn’t know that would happen. I agree, doesn’t make sense to ship them back since I will also just toss once I receive. Let me know if there is anything I can do—the app won’t let me reply to the return case.
