debdeb8 hi Alisha, I'm so sorry, I have to cancel your Jessica Simpson crossbody order, I must have sold it bc I can't find it anywhere. If you like Madison blue crossbody I can substitute that for the same price if you like that one or another comparable item. I apologize for the inconvenience!

akloska @debdeb8 Would you be able to refund me for my cancelled order? I looked in my bank account and I still have a charge for my order that was cancelled.

debdeb8 @akloska sure, I thought it automatically did that when I cancelled the order. I was wondering why it still showed as sold when I tried to delete it.

debdeb8 I'm sorry it looks like there's nothing further I can do on my end. this is what it says in the Posh FAQ: Poshmark immediately processes a full refund to the original payment method used for the order. When an order is cancelled:  Your refund includes any additional fees paid, such as shipping.  Your refund information can be found on the Order Details page.

debdeb8 If you paid with a credit or debit card It typically takes 1 full billing cycle for your bank to post the refund on your statement.  If your order was cancelled on the same day as it was originally placed, it was likely voided before it was processed, which means you were neither charged nor refunded.

debdeb8 You may see the transaction as 'pending' on your online statement, but this is removed within a couple of business days. If you do not see your refund within 1 full billing cycle, please check to see if you were charged in the first place.
