Hey! You just ordered fringe sandals and I was getting ready to send them to you. I noticed that three of the decorative studs are missing. They're not obvious but I wanted to disclose it to you. I may have purchased it that way and has no idea either. I've never worn the shoes and they were the stores display. Let me know if you still want them.

Hello! I just saw your comment about the bra clasp- curious why you didn’t open a case if it was broken? It worked for me so not sure why there was an issue with it?

@rh1014 Sorry I wasn’t sure what to do, I’ve never had to return anything on here before. The little pin at the bottom of the clasp that inserts was broken off. I had just opened the package and tried it on. What should I do?
