@alischultz4 Yes, I would say it runs true to size. I typically wear 6 or 8 & it fits me perfectly. Hip measurement is approx 39". I just posted a pic with it on so you could see the fit. I am 5'6" & hits few inches above my knees. I have too many skirts & cannot wear them all so thats why I am selling otherwise would keep it!
