karendempsey Hi! I bought the free people mustard jacket and a weird thing is happening with the shipping. It got all the way to the Boston distribution center, went dark, then over night it was scanned back in at Peterboro and it says out for delivery. They might be bringing it back to you …

alexisoshockley @karendempsey Hello! I’m sorry this is happening. They did deliver it back to me yesterday to my surprise. It appeared that they ripped the shipping label while it was in transit and my guess is that’s why they brought it back to me. Super weird. but I reattached the shipping label and dropped it back off at the post office yesterday. This has never happened to me before. My apologies again
