I’m sorry you haven’t received it yet. You purchased it on the 30th, I mailed it the next morning, the 1st. I’m wondering if it’s taking longer because of the holidays. Hopefully you will get it soon.

Hi, Alexia. I’m going to the post office tomorrow and inquire why you haven’t received your package yet. I have one other one waiting for theirs. And I have some that were shipped a couple days after yours and they have been delivered. I know that it is busier around the holidays. Just wanted you to know that I am watching this.

I went to the PO today to see if they could tell me anything on some of my orders. They said that some plants are temporarily closed because of Covid. If 1 person gets sick, then they have to shut it down for a bit. That wasn’t exactly what I wanted to hear & I’m sure it isn’t what you wanted to hear either. I sincerely hope you get them soon. I have orders that were shipped on Dec. 7 & have been rec’d. I guess all I can say is that we have patience during these times. Again, I’m so very sorry.

I believe you would have to contact Poshmark because it is nothing that I have done. You send them a notice and I will, as well. I’d be more than happy to do whatever it takes. I strive to make my fellow poshers happy. I’m a 5 star seller and I would like to keep it this way. I will send them a message right now. I’m so sorry this is happening.

Did you ever get a reply from your message to Poshmark? I’m going to send them another message to see if they can put a tracking on it. I’m not sure if it would have to come from you or if I can do request it. I know things are bad but this just seems a bit too much. Please let me know if you have heard anything from them. Thank you.

Good evening! I stopped at the PO today & inquired on your order. She looked up the tracking # and said that it is in the container as well as others. The PO is working 24/7 & are even going to work on Christmas Day. I asked about where yours would fall in line. Because I can only imagine how backed up they are. She said that the first in would be the first out. I was glad to hear that. Just thought I’d bring you up to date on what I found out.

Part 1 of 2. Good morning. Well it looks like Poshmark finally resolved this issue. I’m so sorry you didn’t receive your purchase, as I know personally, I can’t wait to get my package but it was something neither you nor I did. I do hope you will revisit my closet from time to time. Part 2/2. I’m sure you rec’d the email from PM as well but just in case. “unfortunately, it looks like your order has stopped tracking & has likely been lost by the shipping Carrier. Therefore, we have processed this as a lost pkg & will be compensating both sides. We have added your earnings to your acct, while also refunding your buyer as part of the protection we provide each of our users.” It took several emails to PM & many msgs to you but it has finally been resolved. Thank you
