liluka Hi there, thank you for your purchase 🎁 I have dropped the package to the post office yesterday (Dec. 9) around 12pm... I keep checking if the package has started tracking yet but unfortunately no sign.... I go and check what’s going on tomorrow , keep you updated!!

liluka Hi there, I called the postal service customer service today to get some information, I’ve been told the item is in transfer, the delay is probably because of the busy holiday traffic..... I’ve never experienced this much delay previously with my sales , I’m kinda pissed , and can’t tell you how much I’m sorry for this convenience.

disneymagiclife @katakana Oh gosh, but clearly USPS fault & not mine as I use their approved Priority mailing boxes all the time & not had issues as they’re pretty sturdy so I clearly can’t improve the packaging! Just seemed a little unfair to drop a rating point that’s all 🤔😉
