Hi Alexa! I just got a message from Veronica. I sold a Dooney Bourke White bag to her and she just messaged me freaking out that I sent her your package instead!!! Did you receive the Dooney Purse by chance? I am going to message Poshmark Support right now to figure out how I can fix this. But I want to see what you received first. Im not sure how this happened. I always double check the label with the item before sending it off. I am so sorry for the inconvenience!

Ok I messaged Poshmark support last night. But I was reading what to do in this case. I can’t submit “wrong order” case until you have accepted the order. The drop down only works on “delivered items” so if you accept the order. I’ll submit that it was the wrong order and then I think Poshmark contacts you to fix it.
