sunniechic Hi Alex, Thx so much for your purchase. I contacted Posh on the cap being broken on the fragrance you bought from me. I told them to file a claim to the USPS, if they don’t, then you should. Someone had to really slam & mistreat the box in order for that to happen. Please don’t let this slide. Good Luck 🍀 Sunnie
