lucygus2 I bought a dog collar from you and the item recurved is completely different then the ad described. I ordered a hair-on purple dog collar 19” in length. I received a white smooth leather collar that is 12” in length. I am happy to ship this item back to you but would like the collar I bid on to be sent or a full refund
