Hi I’m the person you purchase the black purse from and I’m a bit confused on your rating. Your comment said it was the purse was exactly as described and you had all these checks about improvements. The purse was shipped the next day. The purse was an odd shape so the item it was shipped in was the best i could do. The bag was brand freaking new with paper still attached so why would the cleanliness need improvement????
