In fact I've been quite pleased with Poshmark until you started slandering me. As for logging in, I have been in the hospital dealing with a crisis so perhaps, I hopped on the app for a second or two to take my mind off the pain. I would not have willingly ignored an inbox. I would encourage you to think twice before you speak next time and accuse people of dishonesty.

@revivalgrove I am unclear why you would even send out something else and not notify me that they were delayed at the time of shipment. In fact, you notified by only after the package was delivered.

@alelo1221 I shipped two packages within hours of you purchasing the item (the necklace you received already and the shoes you’re going to receive). USPS is the worst at shipping and often has delayed tracking so it’s not the most accurate. I must have put duplicate shipping labels on both by accident though but didn’t notice till today, because until I looked more into it, the tracking on the Madewell mules appeared the same to me as it did to you.

@alelo1221 It wasn’t until further investigation and talking to USPS for hours on the phone today that I found out what happened. So I apologize again for the inconvenience. Your mules are in fact on the way so if you still don’t want them, I expect them to be returned to me. I also expect you to return the necklace if you don’t want it even though I was willing to offer it to you free of charge because of my own slip ups. Sorry again!

I can have it mailed tomorrow. Can you provide the updated tracking number on the shoes? I will get in touch with Poshmark to correct any issues once they are received.
