hollysweetooth I’m sorry you were not happy with the condition of the coach wallet & purse. Since it is prelived/fabric cleaning was a little more difficult than leather. I did however run two gentle cycles with pretreatments with light scrubbing prior to sending. I wish you the best of luck.
