luxlife104 @adi1076 OHHHH Nooooo - someone got your package - do you have trustworthy neighbors?????????? unfortunately they don’t have phone numbers to call. All you can do is email their customer service under the order - you can click “problem with order”

luxlife104 @adi1076 Delivery was left with an individual. You have a neighbor or someone around you that would have received the item. The USPS Carrier can’t leave the item with just anyone. Has to be someone at your address !!!!!

adi1076 @luxlife104 I was able to get in touch with our local post office. Apparently the mail carrier didn't follow protocol and she signed herself and wrote "Covid-19" in the USPS system and supposedly left the package at the door (which did not happen). The post office and carrier are currently backtracking and trying to figure out where it was left. I am soooo mad at them right now!

adi1076 @luxlife104 So, the mail carrier just delivered it (for real this time) to our house and my husband has it. Apparently the shipping box had been cut open but the bag in the dust bag was inside. Shew!!!! I will get to see it in real life in a few hours when I get home from work. I'll accept it then! Sorry to keep you on this crazy roller coaster of delivery with me!!!
