1roguepuppy Hi Lauren! Welcome to Posh! Adorable family! One great way to get more followers is to follow people! When people like or share your items, share theirs back. Follow them if you like their closet. Also, follow the host picks during a party and pick out the host picks you like. Leave a congratulatory message, a like, a share, and a follow. This works amazingly well. Best of luck to you and happy poshing!

1roguepuppy I also recommend staying away from trading until you get your feet under you. It's allowed, but not protected by Poshmark buyer's protection. The easiest thing to say in response to the frequent comment "trade?" is "I'm not doing any trading at this time, but thanks for your interest!" Once you've been on here awhile, you'll have some sellers you trust, then you can reassess whether or not you want to trade with a specific few. Good luck!

1roguepuppy @laurenmneale Do you mean listings that aren't for sale where sellers give information about their closet? That's totally fine. You can make a listing, post it, then edit it as not for sale. I'll do that when I'm going out of town to let my sellers know my shipping will be delayed. Or it's a good way to put up info about special sales. You can share those listings to the news feed like you would share any other listing to get the info out.

1roguepuppy A few last suggestions: First, work on attractive cover shots. I was amazed how much more quickly my items sold when I put them in good light and laid them out in a cute, artistic fashion. I haven't fixed all my cover shots, but @chloejoy15 is great at it. Parties are a great way to get ideas for cover shots. Second: take thorough pics that show any flaws of your items. If not, it WILL come back at you. There are still buyers for flawed items, just be honest.

1roguepuppy Lastly, share your entire closet once a day, preferably during a party. The easiest way is to go to the top corner and hit the edit, next, list. Then it will automatically list your item in the party if appropriate. There is the most visibility at the evening party. Ok... that's all I've got. Hope it helps! easytiger83 I hear ya! I'm still letting go of things that will never fit over my post-baby hips! As far as tips go, @247mommieto3 just helped me yesterday by giving me a tip on cover photos. I'd been using a darker background (wood floor) and she suggested a white background with lots of light. Cover photos are key to selling! Oh, and make sure you're not listing items that Posh prohibits. @247mommieto3 has a listing where you can find everything that is "against the rules". Haha. Best of luck!❤
