What's is the lowest you'd go on the dress ? Also would you consider a tease ? Express has 50% sales rn and there is a dress similar there that I like but not as much as this one

Hi Meg! You bought the Onzie leggings from me September 15 and I sent them in the post the next day. You should have gotten them a week ago at least and I keep receiving messages from the tracking service saying it’s delayed or rerouted. This is out of my control. I am so sorry you’ve had to wait this long. According to these sage you should receive it this evening. Fingers crossed. Again, I apologize for the delay and hope you are pleased with the leggings!
