coreyb2 Hello @Courtaney, I am terribly sorry, but I have just discovered some worn spots on the bottom back corners of the Vera Bradley backpack and at the base of the straps you just ordered. I have contacted Posh to see how I can get some help with this.

coreyb2 @courtaney Posh does't really have it offer options for a partial refund nor does it offer a way for me to send more pictures. I can cancel the sale if you would like...Or I would be happy to send you the backpack with a partial refund of $10 in it for the damage. I appreciate that you are willing to work with me. I just want to be sure you are happy.

coreyb2 @courtaney The damage I found consists of both back bottom corners are worn through a little. The fabric is extremely thick, so the worn spot doesn't go through the bag, only into the top layer a little. Also, just above that on the bottom edge of the straps, the straps are slightly worn. I just want you to know what you are getting. Still wiling to cancel if you'd prefer.
