sdmcparn So sorry that a crystal on your Necklace came loose. I really made an effort to pack it well, especially since it had to go all the way to California from the East coast. The post office is not real careful moving their packages. But, to be fair, they actually do a pretty good job considering how much mail they have to handle. Again, I am sorry about your package. Thank you for being so nice about it.

At least it was only one crystal that fell off, just kind of a bummer when you get a new thing and you need to fix it. But all is well, I will fix it and it is lovely 😊 I would purchase from you again 💕
