Sorry, I just saw this when I got email notification from Poshmark. I am sorry to hear about the whole in the back dress. I am really surprised because all of my boutique lingerie items are brand new in the original box and I inspect them. I have received 5 stars so far and it's really a bummer to have an unhappy customer. I strive for excellent customer service and great quality items.

You just click on About and then it takes you to Edit in the right upper corner and instead of my first name I put @randomfindsboutique on Instagram and instead of last name I just put this: 📸
