I read your review on a buyer who purchased a few things from you and then opened up a case for return. It's the exact same scenario I'm experiencing. Any chance you remember which buyer it was?

For example she created a huge bundle from my closet and never acted on anything even after I made offers. And then out of the blue she purchased two dresses and immediately had an issue with them for return. I'm a five-star seller and this is my first return experience.
