Meet the Posher: Tamara

Welcome to my closet! I have really enjoyed selling on Poshmark because I get to use many abilities, both creative and business. I source from the many thrift shops here in Atlanta, which are incredible. Because of this, I am able to find pieces that meet my criteria: labels with quality and current to all age groups. Sometimes I see a piece from a unique iconic brand like VonDutch or Dickies and add it to my closet. Sometimes I find old classics that are pure quality like shoes from iconic Italian shoemakers like Franco Sarto or English shoe brands such as Fly London--my favorite brand! If an item has the right label but looks destroyed, I pass on it or buy it for myself, like a scratched-up pair of leather Uggs I wear all the time. In all my choices, I look at what sells for all age groups, body types, and styles. Madewell and AG are my favorite jeans; however; Chico's is a brand I frequently buy for more mature customers. These labels and many more make the list; however, I must like them and fully understand their unique visual draw to add them to my inventory. i can't sell customers something I can't see value in.
