Hi, I saw you review of the product and was hoping you could clarify what was wrong with the item. They are brand new and never worn and only in my possession for a few weeks. They are in the exact condition that I received them in when I purchased them from the retailer and exactly as pictured. I would just like to know for my future listings. Thanks

@asheneman1 I should have researched a little more. I am going on a winter snowmobile excursion and need a stylish warm boot. I think these are more for fashion in 30+ degree type weather, not so much frigid cold as where I will be. Brown and pink, just love them but need to get something a little more durable.

@jhess01 thanks for getting back to me. I saw your 3 star review when I got notification that they were delivered. The color listed when I purchase them from the retailer is gray and they look gray to me as well. I am sorry they were not what you were looking for. Good luck in your search๐
