lbrooke4263 @jessicawho yes. It's so hard. I just got her out of the hospital. She was airlifted out and put on icu. She went into dka. Stomach bug got her in 8 hours she went from perfect blood sugar to crazy out of control and in dka. It was the scariest thing ever.

lbrooke4263 @jessicawho no she doesn't want a pump yet because she plays so many sports We have just started to give her insulin after she eats instead of before and her blood sugars are so much better.

roseybelle2 Type 1 diabetes can be tough but it's a weird blessing in disguise too. I was diagnosed when I was 8 and have had it for 22 years now! No major complications (yet ha) and just got on the pump! I am so glad she is doing better and as long as her attitude stays positive and she has great supports, she will continue to strive. :) 😊👍👍
