So between being malnourished and retaining water-weight, the clothes either swallowed me or I outgrew them. Now that I am healthy again, most are too small, as I have gained muscle back. That’s amazing I have a friend Mikel Knight you might like his story if you look him up actually know for sure you would it’s very inspiring he also trained Chris Hemsworth in the movie Thor but he almost died due to obesity and now he is one of the top trainers and changing lives all over the world look them up you’ll love the story click on Michael Knight change or die ( art of strength ) and you’ll see a video😀great job hun !
