_babyaloe I’ve been messaging you for a shipping update for my purchase from nearly a month ago (12/15) and still no response!!! I expressed how excited I was to receive it as I planned to gift it for the holiday. Now I see that you’ve cancelled my order without even saying anything, no apology, no explanation, nothing?! Yet you’re still active and reposting your listings. Very unprofessional!

_babyaloe @heyitsrikki It’s unfortunate u left me w/ no option but to comment here. I sent multiple private messages in the bundle itself before commenting publicly & I gave it a couple more wks after that. If it wasn’t for this public comment u never would have responded. What frustrates me is seeing that u remained active, but couldn’t take the time to simply say sorry u forgot. I would have had no issue at all waiting, which is why I did not cancel the order myself. Communication is key.
