paralimited @capperson haha oh girl that’s just for Bikini prep (I compete in NPC bodybuilding). That’s not my year around look 😂💪🏼 but to achieve that.... Lift heavy weights and iifym 💁🏻‍♀️

paralimited @capperson thank you! Those picks were all 14 months after a baby too, if I can do it anyone can! Abs are made in the kitchen through diet.... I hardly ever did/do abs. Research flexible dieting (game changer). Keep at it!! P90 is awesome.
