livbane @pksinn it's definitely a women's size. I may just not be measuring well due to the design of the dress. I'm an XS/S, 5 foot 7, B cup and it's pretty big/loose on me all over!

pksinn @livbane The bust measurement is straight across the front from armpit to armpit. A medium is usually around 18” from armpit to armpit but can vary by designer.
