Medium M Emerald Green WAYF Blouse Top Cinched Waist Peplum

Please see image, the cleavage area of the front part is a little torn. I made that mistake without realizing there’s a ZIPPER on the side of it. Gives you a snatched waist with the peplum bottom. Sleeves are bell-like. Emerald Green color. Was pricey when I purchased it for a Saint Patrick’s Day event. Aside from the tear in the front, it’s in nice shape!
