It has a beautiful lace top for the part and the rest of the cap is the open kind. There are no holes or tears! It is in excellent condition, worn once if at all!! It is a medium cap size. The circumference is 21” un-stretched. It fits well! There are NO combs but it has adjustable straps with good elastic for a secure fit that’s easy to put on and take off.
