Medium Hot Topic Black and Gray Plaid Suspender Flare Skirt

Pre owned Hot Topic brand grey and black plaid suspenders flare skirt.junior size medium. Waist is approximately 28 inches around and and about 16 inches in length (just the skirt part,not the suspension) and there is not really much stretch.
