This is one A.P.C. medium button down shirt (called the 'Chicago Shirt'). I bought it brand new and it has been worn a handful of times over the past two years; so it is still in good condition (not mint but no heavy wear and tear either). The only reason I am selling it is because I have outgrown it slightly. I generally wear a size large t shirt, so hopefully the photos will give you a good idea of the fit.
