Med Rue 21 black & red sheer bottom dress

This size Med black & red sheer bottom gorgeous maxi dress is from Rue 21. the top is black with a high neck but v neck with cutouts. It zips up the left side and has 2 high slits in the front of the beautiful red sheer pleated bottom. The under skirt comes to about 2-3 inches above the knee. Only worn once.
