garbie816 @ohsococo here are the measurements. I pressed the tape measure down from the very tip of the shoe to the top of the sole, so you can measure another heel that you have that same way to see how they compare. I would say if you range anywhere from an 8-9 these should be perfect. I also wanted to include that the ankle strap holes run small so I had the store clerk punch a hole for me. I included a photo of that too!

garbie816 @ohsococo Also, I do feel if you are closer to a size 8 they will fit better as they do run small.
