This is the Whisper dress from Mean Blvd. The dress has been only worn once, but it has been altered to remove the drop sleeves. The alterations resulted in more support for the chest area, though no padding or anything has been added and nothing about the sizing has been changed. The dress is around ankle length on someone who is 5'5". There are no stains on the dress. This dress is medium, but the sizing seems to run small. This dress snuggly fit at the top for a person who is usually a small or a size 6 in dresses. The top can be slightly adjusted using the draw strings. It isn't uncomfortable when snug. Perfect for a fantasy ball!
