Meadows Pasque Blue Velvet Dress UK16

Reposhing this new with tags Meadows Pasque Dress which is too big for me. 45.5" from top of shoulder to bottom hem. 22" pit to pit. Sleeve from top of shoulder to bottom of sleeve 26.5" It is so cute wish it fit! I normally wear UK16 so this seems to be cut on the large side.
