Meadow Rue by Anthropologie Blouse - SZ 12

Lightweight cotton peplum fitted blouse with hidden zipper on side. Offset ruffle collar. Cute orange background with blue watercolor reclining dogs (that sort of remind me of Staffordshire sheep ☺️). Measurement lying flat from base of arm openings is 19” when zipped. No stretch in this piece and it’s extremely fitted. Please see close up photos of very, very minor thread pulling at front darts. Very gently used - worn 2-3 times.
