I've lost over 50 lbs. recovering over spinal surgery and well it's costly.....feeling...less is best I started but since I'm a people pleasser I would be on 24/7 until my husband said.....you would suck at fishing...why... because you can't sit down and be still....just throw the reel in and wait for the fish to bite....A-HA moment ....
