I just had to share with my posh ladies! This is my before and after picture and until comparing the two it was hard for me to see how far I have come. The before is at 29 & the after is me now only a couple of months ago. I had to have one last pic in dress! I let myself go after my separation with ex but with healthy eating, exercise, some self pampering TLC, positive energy and CONFIDENCE in me I feel like I'm turning 25 again and not 31! My point is ladies believe in U & love U first!
