McRae Army Combat Boot Size 11.5

These boots are in good condition with many stains. There is a small hole in the fabric of the inside of the heel as shown in picture. They do need new laces. I am not 100% certain of the size as tags have been removed. But I bought them from someone who also sold me a pair of 11.5 military boots and I believe them also to be 11.5. I have attached photos with measurements.
