This bathing suit bottom is in very good condition and it comes from a smoke-free home. I have also washed this item before listing it. It is size 16, the waistband measures 16 1/2 inches across and stretches to 22 inches across. The skirt measures 13 1/2 inches from the waistband to the hemline.
