This gorgeous dress has wide stripes in two shades of blue. Gap calls this the 4 in 1, and the tag says reversible, although it isn't. Wear it as a maxi dress, or fold down the top and wear it as a tea length dress or maxi skirt. Full skirt, soft stretchy knit, and bold vibrant colors.
