Maxi Skirt Boho style w/expandable waist

Perfect Boho skirt that transitions into all seasons. Fully lined w/ lots of room. Very expandable 4” wide elastic waist that measures approx 14” flat, I an a size 10 skirt & I can wear it w/ room for those days.
