Couldn't get the background color to show up green for some reason but it is green! Sleeves and back are semi sheer and the front bodice & skirt down 18" is lined. Sleeve is 23" with 2 button closure, Pit to Pit 21.5" flexible because it is a faux wrap with an elastic waist & matching belt as shown. Skirt is 43". Fabric is 100% Polyester with a crepe feel.
