Maxi dress from Belk. Adjustable spaghetti straps at top and cinch waist. Different pattern at neckline/straps and color change at the bottom. Fully lined top, lining stops about midway down thigh. It's a size small, but I bought it from the Junior's department so it fits more like an XS. Add a denim jacket for Fall! Worn once.
