Maxi Disco Flowers Dress XL - XXL VTG 90’s do 70’s

Drop dead gorgeous vintage 1990’s do 70’s maxi dress in a bright psychedelic flower print with ruching along the waist, shoulder ties, empire style with a highly stretchy and flattering fabric. With all this give and Lycra, I am guess this would fit anyone from a size 10-16. Pit to pit is 22- waist at rest is 17, fully stretches to 23 (one side). tag says XL - XXL Clean home. Ask questions!
