Max and Cleo Prom Dress Velvet Taffeta Crinoline Tulle Lining

Plaid. Vintage worn once. Purchased 2005. Excellent and dry cleaned. However, I had to alter the top because the bust was too big. See picture. Fits a 4 or 4p. I don’t know how to describe the skirt part but it feels like a high quality taffeta material. The color of the skirt is a charcoal gray with red and gold and bronze. A bit of a drop waist but measures 29” from true waist. The bust area has room but the measurement where the velvet sewn onto the skirt (under bust) is 28” will prob fit a size 2 because it is very fitted.
