Max Studio. 100% cotton skirt. Very cute. Never worn. Still has tags. But, I found flaws. The sewing around one of the elastics that comprise the waistband is unraveling. And the back of the waistband has a visible seam. No rips, stains or tears. I took pictures of the flaws.
